Returns

All sales are final due to the nature of the research products.

Missing Item

If you are missing any items in your package you must notify us within 24 hours from time package was delivered to you.

Broken Items

We are not responsible for any items broken in your package. Once your package is confirmed to be received by USPS they hold all liability to that package and any damages that may occur during shipping. You must submit a claim to USPS since all packages are insured.

Packages Returned 

For any reships customer must cover cost if the error was on their end. We do not put in your shipping information. The system generates what was entered for shipping
